Moral education management is an important part in school management. New situation in the new century puts forward new tasks and new requirements for students' moral education. As we all know, today because of the uneven quality of the students in secondary vocational school, the problems of students exist everywhere. How to adapt vocational school to the environment, and create a new situation in the work of moral education of students, relate to whether we can cultivate talent for the country, what kind of talent we can cultivate. With the social progress and development, moral education in secondary vocational school is widely concerned and is increasingly important. Under the new situation ,strengthening the research and exploration of moral education management is of great and far-reaching strategic significance for educating people, upholding the right direction, improving the quality of school education , raising the overall quality of students, the training of qualified builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics and successors .In this paper, take C vocational secondary school as a case, on the basis of previous research, rational and moral education management explained the meaning of vocational schools, through literature, questionnaires, interviews, field observation and other methods of moral education in schools conducted a field survey, which found the following issues: school moral faculty is weak; moral education management approach is simplistic; the overall level of students' moral character is not high enough ; moral education management content and career aspirations, career planning are out of line. Take C vocational secondary school for example, for the issues existing in the management of the moral education , I seek to provide scientific basis from social factors, education family, student self-analysis of four factors that cause for effective response.A clear source of the problem is helpful for us to solve the problem. According to the problems of moral education management in C vocational secondary school, combined with the analysis of the factors that affect the implementation of moral education management, the author proposes the following measures: First, to create high-quality teachers, improve teachers' moral consciousness and moral standards. To improve the professional level of moral education, the majority of teachers should improve their own personal charm, to provide appropriate protection, to establish a long-term stability and effective moral education team. The second, to focus on the students' comprehensive and initiative development, close to the communities and families, we implement the "three full" moral education. To implement the "three full" project, which is full participation, full attention, all-round development, is to strive to make each student a smashing high-quality workers and skilled personnel. The third focuses on students self-development, close to the students, do a good job of"three hearts"project. I propose that the school should implement "three hearts" project according to the students' actual situation and focus on the students' future. Let students look up and walk, and inspire the students'strong sense of social responsibility. The fourth focuses on the students' lifelong development, close to career, cultivate the students' "three industry" spirit. I propose that the school should rely on backbone profession to implement the "three industry" project. Launch the "internal million students, outreach thousands of companies" researching activities widely. Introduce quality awareness, safety awareness, standardized awareness, sense of integrity and other cultural content of enterprise management timely to cultivate the students'basic quality,that is,get down to work and act with integrity.
