With the senior high school craze caused by colleges and universities enlargement of recruitments, and the hard employments brought about by the economic structure regulation, the middle vocational schools encounter the dual-pressure and have great difficulties than ever in recruiting. The recruitment lever for middle vocational schools has to reduce again and again so that they can get enough students. Consequently, the abilities of the new students become more and more poor. The problems of students' psychology, morality and ideology also go along with. All these bring great pressure to the middle vocational schools' moral education, and make the moral education be in a difficult situation.I conducted a research, applying the qualitative method, on the moral education management in a middle vocational education center. The research is aimed to interpret the rules and regulations of the vocational education enter, observe the teachers' methods of managing students, analyze a variety of problems in management, explore the countermeasure of effective moral education management in order to enhance the effects, and present some moral educational experience for same kind vocational schools for reference.The thesis consists of five parts as below: Part I Introduction of vocational education center, II interpretation of rules and regulations, IIIobservation and analysis of teachers management, IV analysis of problems of management method, V countermeasure of enhancing moral management effects.
