Novels play an important role in Chinese teaching in senior high school.It is not only students need to learn when facing the college entrance examination,but also it is an important link to improve students' aesthetic experience and cultivate their sentiments.Group teaching can enable teachers to teach more novels within a limited time and improve the teaching efficiency.What's more,one topic of learning,will more focus.At the same time,it is an innovation of the traditional teaching to introduce the narrative method into the group reading.The introduction of narrative mode in group novels is based on the inheritance of traditional teaching mode and the innovation in teaching methods can improve students' enthusiasm in learning novels and their ability to appreciate novels and expand their thinking ability.The first chapter discusses senior high school novel teaching situation and the value of teaching mainly from teaching material,the situation of "teaching" and "learning" three aspects.What's more,it also analyses the application of the theory of narratology.Teaching value is respectively from teachers "teaching" and students "learning" two aspects and the application of the theory of narratology mainly introduces the relevant application of the theory of narratology in Chinese literature and points out the necessity of the narrative into group teaching.The second to fifth chapters describe the specific practice and operation with the help of narratological analysis in group novels.Specifically,the second chapter starts with narrative perspective,and takes the use of the focus and non-focused perspective as an example.The third chapter starts with the narrator and takes the narrative perspective as examples.The fourth chapter starts with the narrative sequence and takes the use of flashbacks and crisscrossing as examples.Chapter five starts with the narrative rhythm and takes the comprehensive application of various narrative rhythms as an example.The sixth chapter discusses the problems that should be paid attention to when narrative method is applied to the teaching practice of group reading novels.
