Nowadays,moral education is an indispensable part of school education,especially the ideological and political lessons in high school,which is a fundamental education process to guide the high school students to establish correct values,ascertain a positive political direction as well as forming good moral thoughts.But now in the development of high school ideological and political classes,the teaching content is rather empty.Some teachers are more accustomed to using monologues to explain high school ideological and political classes,which makes high school students lose their original interest in high school ideological and political classes.The new curriculum reform changes the curriculum system into three-level curriculum,namely,national curriculum,regional curriculum and school-based curriculum.The exploitation of curriculum resources has become a very important aspect in the teaching reform.As local resources occupy an important position in the curriculum resources.,strengthening the development and utilization of local cultural resources can avoid the disconnection between national curriculum and school curriculum,integrating local natural,cultural and economic characteristics into high school ideological and political classes,as well as reflecting the teaching characteristics of local and school,change the single situation of teaching resources,meet the diversified curriculum learning needs of high school students,and promote effectiveness of high school ideological and political classes.In order to understand the role of local cultural resources in high school ideological and political lessons,and to clarify the main problems in the application of local cultural resources in high school ideological and political lessons,it is necessary to carry out practical research.This article is based on the research results of the previous development of local cultural resources,combined with the actual situation of the high school ideological and political lesson " cultural life" teaching,analyzes the application status of local cultural resources in the high school ideological and political lesson,then finds out the deficiencies in the actual application of local cultural resources,reveals the actual connotation of local cultural resources,and expounds its educational value.The local cultural resources,that is,the social,cultural,and historical resources of the region(usually the region where the school is located),are the curriculum resources that can be applied to the teaching and development of Cultural Life.Fully developing and applying the local cultural resources in the teaching of "Cultural Life" not only meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform and moral education goals,but also promotes the overall development of students,improves the professional level of teachers,enhances the effectiveness of teaching,and is more important to the inheritance of the nation.Culture is also beneficial.Although the development and application of local cultural resources has been improved and presented in the actual teaching of "cultural life",it is not ideal,and there are shallow,random,formal,etc.problems.The reason is that teachers have weak awareness of developing and applying local cultural resources and lack of development ability,lack of students' subjectivity,imperfect school incentives and lack of strong support from off-campus social forces.In view of the problems and causes of the local cultural resources in the teaching of "cultural life",this paper puts forward the corresponding application strategies for the further development and application of local cultural resources in the teaching of "cultural life",including paying attention to the teacher's subjective initiative and focusing on To mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning and experience,reforming and improving the school's incentive mechanism,and improving the external social support system.
