A new round of basic education curriculum reform clearly put forward to implement the national,local,school three curriculum management system to enhance the curriculum on the local and school adaptability,and the development of local curriculum resources has been paid more and more attention.In teaching practice,more and more front-line teachers have realized that a single textbook can not meet the needs of teaching,to achieve the curriculum objectives,but also need teachers out of the classroom,into life,to tap more unique,diverse curriculum resources into teaching practice.Local cultural resources is a local cultural resources that the local people created in the process of long-term manual labor and mental work,rich and diverse and close to students' life,and fit the the new curriculum concept of basing on the students' life initiated by curriculum reform."Cultural life" is an important module of high school ideological and political courses,its content is all-encompassing,and a lot of content is more abstract,teaching scale is not good to grasp,so it is a challenge for teachers to teach this course.Local cultural resources is rich in content,having deep cultural background,close to the students' life,if the local cultural resources are used into the "cultural life",students are psychologically easy to close and accept the course,and will be very interested in it,as the saying goes,interest is the best teacher,students learn with interesting,learning effect is certainly good,and students also learn happily.In addition,local curriculum resources can provide a large number of vivid examples of teaching,abstract knowledge can be concrete,liveliness,for students,the understanding of knowledge will be easier and more profound.Moreover,applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life" teaching not only can enrich the students' spiritual home,to help students establish the correct cultural ideas,but also can cultivate the feelings of love for their hometown,and then stimulate students love the motherland.And it has a positive role in promoting the training of the correct world outlook,outlook on life,values of students.Therefore,it is important to apply the local cultural resources to the "cultural life" teaching.An important feature of local cultural resources is that there are different characteristics and styles of cultural resources in different regions.In this paper,the local cultural resources of Shijiazhuang are used as an example to research that the local cultural resources are applied to the teaching of "cultural life",and the paper is divided into three parts:First,the relevant theory of local cultural resources.This part introduces the concept of cultural,local culture and local cultural resources,introduces the main contents of local cultural resources in Shijiazhuang,mainly from the four cultural resources,it's historical and cultural resources,red cultural resources,cultural tourism resources and folk cultural resources.The author also discusses the relationship between the local cultural resources and the "cultural life".Second,he necessity and feasibility of applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life".The necessity is argued from four aspects,namely:applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life" can enrich the teaching content;applying the local cultural resources to "cultural life" can stimulate students to learn with interesting;applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life" is conducive to the realization of three-dimensional goals;applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life" is conducive to the transmission and development of local culture.The feasibility is based on the three aspects,it's the policy basis(mainly the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)","Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Course Standard"),the content of the "Cultural Life" module and the relevant researches in China.Third,the principle and implementation path of applying the local cultural resources to the "cultural life".That the Local cultural resources used in the "cultural life" can not be aimless,free,but should follow the principles of purpose,life,science and practical,only in this way,there can be good application effect.This paper mainly discusses the application of local cultural resources in "cultural life" by integrating into classroom teaching,integrating extracurricular activities and arranging extracurricular assignments,This part is also the focus of the full text.Applying the local cultural resources into the classroom teaching is from three aspects to elaborate,namely: use the local cultural resources to rich teaching content;use the local cultural resources to optimize the teaching design;use the local cultural resources to improve the teaching methods.Integration of extracurricular activities is also from three aspects,respectively,through the report,visit and social survey.In order to enhance the comprehension,this paper has put a large number of vivid cases about the local cultural resources in Shijiazhuang in the "cultural life" in this part.
