Research On The Problems Of Skill Competition In Secondary Vocational Schools And Optimization Countermeasures

Skills competition is an important means to achieve the goal of training skilled talents and the booster of the reform of secondary vocational schools.It plays a very important role in the development of secondary vocational schools.At present,our country has begun to attach great importance to secondary vocational education and has invested much in skills competition and achieved remarkable results.At the same time,we should also see that there are still many problems in vocational school skills competition,which need to be optimized urgently.Vocational education is relatively late in our country,and it is also after 2008 that the skills competition is really conducted on a large scale.Therefore,there are not many papers and monographs devoted to the skills competition in vocational schools.We have found that in the current literature,At present,scholars often study the skills competition problem and the optimal countermeasures of secondary vocational schools.They study only from a certain level,a certain category,and certain regions.There are not many achievements in the systematic study of secondary vocational schools from the construction of skills competitions.Based on the current situation and the urgent needs of the research,this paper combs the experience obtained,taking the literature method as the main method,supplemented by the investigation method,systematically summarizes the experience of the skills competition management in the secondary vocational schools,analyzes the problems existing in the skills competition,and looks for gaps.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the skills competition in secondary vocational schools in order to promote the skills competition.The paper combines the background of the current rapid development of vocational education,clarifies the concepts related to the skills competition in secondary vocational schools,combs the development context of vocational skills competition in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes and studies some development trends in the skills competition in secondary vocational schools.The effectiveness of the skills competition in secondary vocational schools is emphasized.Through literature and survey methods,the paper analyzes the outstanding problems such as cognitive bias of skills competition,organization management of schools to be strengthened,and irrational use of results,and aims at outstanding problems.It proposes measures to update the teaching philosophy of secondary vocational schools,innovate the teaching management of secondary vocational schools,enhance the ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools,strengthen the management of competition organizations,and construct evaluation mechanisms for adaptive skills competitions,so as to enrich the research on secondary vocational schools 'skills competition.We will promote the scientific,orderly and healthy development of skills competition activities for middle schools.
