A Study On The Management Of Poor Students By The Head Teacher Of A Secondary Vocational School

At present,there are many problems in the development of vocational education in our country.For example,due to college enrollment,higher education industry requirements,social prejudice and other factors,many enrolled vocational school students are those junior high school graduates who are nowhere to go,resulting in poor students accumulation,which has brought great challenges to the vocational school teaching and management.Students are the basis of the development of the school.Without doubt,the decline in the quality of enrollee will affect the healthy development of vocational education.In order to improve the vocational education quality,to cultivate a large number of high-quality "craftsmen",we must nurture every vocational school student.Therefore,the transformation work of poor students in vocational school is very urgent and important,and the head teacher's status in the transformation work shouldn't be neglected.First of all,this paper introduces the background,trends,ideas,framework,methods and innovation points of this project,defines the basic concepts and introduces the related basic theory.Secondly,through the questionnaire,this paper surveys the general situation,causes,the misunderstanding in the transformation and the present situation of poor students' in Jiangxi construction industry university.Besides,the paper discuss the transformation problems of poor students' in Jiangxi construction industry university,and these problems are attributed to.Again,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward,such as setting up scientific educational management views,expanding the way of transformation,perfecting the safeguard measures.At last,the paper summarizes the full text,points out the deficiencies and research prospects.
