Research On The Self-organization Evolution Of Multi-agent Cooperation Network In PPP Project

In recent years,as China's economic power continues to grow and the process of urbanization accelerates,existing infrastructure projects are facing severe challenges.Since the infrastructure of PPP project needs large investment,wide industries,high risk and long duration,the cooperation only between public sectors and private sectors cannot meet the development of current national economy.In order to guarantee the implementation and operation of PPP project,more private capital,financial institutions,universities,research institutions,and social intermediaries will be introduced.At present,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on PPP model and risk management.So far,there is no research on multi-agent cooperation,multiagent cooperation network and self-organizing evolution of multi-agent cooperation network in PPP projects.Based on these points,the main contents of this paper are as follows:First,by forming the dynamic mechanism of self-organizing evolution of multiagent cooperation network of PPP project,the mechanism is analyzed from its internal and external driving forces.In the author's opinion,the internal driving force of selforganizing evolution of PPP multi-agent cooperation network includes interest driving force,competition driving force,cooperation driving force and internal incentive mechanism and its external driving force contains the pulling force of market demand pulling force,driving force of science and technology,market competitiveness and government support behavior.Secondly,by discussing the relationship between competition and cooperation in the multi-agent cooperation network of PPP project,this paper analyses the selforganizing evolution mechanism of the multi-agent cooperation network of PPP project.This study considers that the competition and cooperation in the multi-agent cooperation network of PPP project are not only contradictory,but also interdependent.Competition encourages cooperation and cooperation intensifies competition.On this basis,a competition model of self-organizing evolution of PPP project multi-agent cooperation network is constructed to reflect the resource utilization of PPP project cooperation agents in PPP project multi-agent cooperation network,and simulation analysis is made.Thirdly,the author analyses the measurement index of PPP multi-agent cooperation network,including the degree distribution of network,the aggregation coefficient of network,the average path length of network and the average profit coefficient of network according to the complex network theory to reflect the overall characteristics of PPP multi-agent cooperation network.In addition,the process of selforganizing evolution of PPP multi-agent cooperation network is analyzed from three aspects,namely,initial stage,growth stage and adjustment stage.Based on the above analysis,the conduction of self-organizing evolution model of PPP multi-agent cooperation network is made by simulation analysis the relationship between the amount of knowledge accumulation and variables,the relationship between the cost of cooperation and variables paid by project subject I at t-time,and the relationship between the benefits of project subject I at t-time and variables.Fourthly,by constructing cooperative guidance mechanism,cooperative incentive mechanism and cooperative guarantee mechanism,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the self-organization evolution of multi-agent cooperative network in PPP projects.
