At present,parents have an increasingly strong demand for nursery classes that provide children aged 2-3 with education services.However,surveys show that there is a serious lack of pre-service training of infant teachers in China.In this case,on-the-job training of infant teachers has become the main way to improve their professional quality and ability.From the perspective of the current situation,existing teacher training for preschool education is mainly targeted at the age of 3-6 years old,and there are few studies on how to conduct teacher training for the age of 2-3 years old.Therefore,the research on the training system of nursery class is of great practical value.This study takes the kindergarten training system of A kindergarten as the research object.The reason is that the kindergarten has a long history of development,and A relatively complete teacher training system has been constructed.The in-depth study of the training system can provide reference and inspiration for other kindergarten to carry out on-the-job teacher training.In this study,the elements of the training system for A kindergarten in nanjing city were analyzed by the methods of interview and object analysis.The author found that A kindergarten has relatively advanced training concept,and simple demand survey will be conducted before the training.The training time is not fixed,the frequency is high;The form of training is dominated by guidance,followed by communication,and the form of teachers' independent learning is the least.Training content is diverse,involving all aspects of early childhood education.There are many types of trainers,most of them are kindergarten teachers.Meipian and observation are the common way of training evaluationIn addition,there are some problems in A kindergarten,such as lack of solid foundation training for new teachers,emphasis on theoretical training,low proportion of practical training,and prominent contradiction between work and study.Teachers have a high demand for practical training content and training form of"communication between gardens ".Teachers expect trained in workday,and have a special liking to have practical experience and theoretical background of the trainers.In order to further optimize the teacher training system of A kindergarten,the researcher puts forward the following suggestions from the five aspects of training content,training time,training form,trainers and training evaluation:improve teachers' choice of training content;arrange training time scientifically to alleviate the contradiction between work and study;flexible use of various forms of training activities;pay attention to professional trainers while paying attention to the learning characteristics of teachers;establish effective training evaluation mechanism.
