Under the background of the nearest enrollment policy, the place of residence registration and the actual place of residence become the basis of nearest enrollment, which makes the place of residence directly related to the opportunity of enrollment. That is to say,if parents want to get education opportunities for their children in a school district, they must buy real estate in that school district. Therefore, education opportunities are based on real estate to enter the market.According to Tiebert's theory, people will choose suitable places of residence according to their preferences in different social service portfolios,so as to promote cross-regional population mobility.Due to the uneven distribution of educational resources and the scarcity of high-quality education, people's preference for high-quality educational resources promotes people to flow to communities providing high-quality educational resources services, and at the same time, increases the housing prices of these communities. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the near-school policy and the increasing demand of parents for high-quality educational resources, this kind of entrance opportunities and real estate bundled circulation not only improve the efficiency of the utilization of high-quality educational resources, but also test the economic capital of different families.Under the effect of market spontaneity, the high premium of school district housing has affected the distribution of admission opportunities. In this context, does the nearest admission policy play a role in promoting educational equity? What is the relationship between housing prices and access to quality education opportunities?Who on earth has access to quality educational opportunities? These problems have aroused the author's thinking.Subsequently, after extensive reading of relevant literature at home and abroad, the author understands the relationship between educational resources and housing prices, and the research status of family capital on access to educational opportunities.Secondly,Based on the survey data of the 2016 primary and secondary school academic level test in Jiangsu Province, the author uses the binary logistic model to take the sample student's family background as the independent variable, and the average residential price as the mediating variable, and the access to quality education as dependent variable for the regression analysis of the factors influencing the quality education opportunities of the 11,704 student samples in the four main urban areas of Nanjing.According to the results of the analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Family background has a significant impact on the access to quality education opportunities, and the richness of family capital is positively correlated with the access of students to quality education opportunities.2.Residence plays an intermediary role in the process that family background influences student's access to quality education opportunities, that is,family background influences students' access to quality education opportunities by influencing the location of residence. Finally, according to the above research, the author puts forward three suggestions on how to promote the fair distribution of high-quality educational resources:promoting the balanced development of education and increasing the supply of high-quality educational resources;introducing market mechanism and regulating school-choosing behavior;strengthening the publicity of educational concepts and optimizing the educational environment.
