The original intention of the college entrance examination added score policy is to promote the education fairness.We should make proper compensation for vulnerable groups,encourage the "special students",so as to promote the redistribution of educational resources,and guide students to develop comprehensively and individually,and train and select special talents that the state needs.However,the policy implementation process is distorted by economic and social capital erosion,which deviates from the intended target of policy formulation.In recent ten years,whether the score of college entrance examination is fair has always been the focus of public attention.Especially before and after 2014,the state promulgated relevant policies to guide the reform of bonus policy.Its fairness has once again been widely concerned and heated by the public.This study combines theory with practice.First,based on the analysis of the equity theory,we discuss the basic concept,connotation,attributes,judging rules and value orientation of the college entrance examination Bonus,and have a basic understanding of the policy at the macro level.Secondly,taking Zhejiang province's college entrance examination Bonus policy as a template,we investigate and analyze the fairness of the current college entrance examination Bonus policy,and evaluate the difference and rationality between the old administration and the new deal in the perspective of educational equity.Thirdly,on the basis of the empirical analysis,we use fair theoretical knowledge to make an objective and scientific analysis of the causes of the policy problems.Finally,based on the analysis of the reasons,from the perspective of educational equity,this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies for the reform.The empirical study mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method.Through the compilation of the questionnaire,the issuance,recovery,collation,statistics,analysis and other links of the questionnaire ensure the timeliness and authenticity of the research materials in this paper.This study through the perspective of education fairness,focuses on the research of Fair entrance Jiafenzhengce,taking Zhejiang province college entrance examination policy as an example,in the background of the new college entrance examination enrollment system reform,especially the selective permeation of teaching philosophy,focusing on the fairness of the entrance jiafenzhengce.Combined with literature research and empirical research,we strive to be scientific and objective.And that,for the college entrance examination Jiafenzhengce,not blindly simply cancel to solve its problems,but from the perspective of education fairness,the theory of equity,the macro level dialysis policy,analysis the necessity and the entrance points of the current policy of our country's rationality,fairness.At the micro level of dialysis policy,it analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the college entrance examination Bonus policy,the difference between the predetermined goals and the specific appearances of distortion.The deep-seated reasons to explore the existing problems and on this basis,from the analysis of multi-dimensional policy content,subject,supervision and external environment,according to the corresponding reasons,combined with the related factors of social development,from improving the fairness of the policy level put forward some reform suggestions and strategies,in order to establish a set of truly transparent,fair and impartial plus model,not only embodies the entrance points of the mind,without compromising the fairness and justice of education.
