Research On The Influence Of Healthy Walking On Some Indexes Of Super-major Students' Health And Physical Fitness

Background and Significance: As an economic and simple exercise,walking is popular among college students,and has a good exercise effect.In recent years,walking is popular in Colleges and universities.It is a popular form of sports for college students.Through 12-week walking training intervention for overweight students,this paper analyzed the effects of walking on body composition,muscle fitness,cardiopulmonary fitness and flexibility fitness,explored the exercise value of walking,provided guidance for scientific exercise of College students,and provided theoretical reference for improving college students’ physical fitness.Research methods: This study explored the effect of walking on some indexes of physical fitness of overweight students through experimental method,literature method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics.It mainly used experimental method to exercise 60 overweight students(23 ≤ BMI < 25)in Qufu Normal University for 12 weeks.At the same time,the height,weight,BMI and body mass before and after the experiment were also studied.Lipid percentage,sitting forward flexion,vital capacity,resting heart rate,grip strength,standing long jump and supine sit-up were comprehensively evaluated to reveal the level of healthy physical fitness before and after the experiment.The results showed that after 12 weeks of walking training,the physical fitness level of 60 overweight students changed to a certain extent.Firstly,there was no significant difference in height and grip strength between boys and girls before and after the experiment,P value was greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference.However,the percentage of body weight,BMI and body fat improved significantly,P value was less than 0.001.Secondly,the value of sitting forward bend of overweight students has increased.Statistical analysis shows that P value of boys is less than 0.05 and P value of girls is less than 0.01.There are significant differences and very significant differences between them.Meanwhile,the standing long jump has been enhanced.P value of boys is less than 0.01 and P value of girls is less than 0.05,which have very significant differences and significant differences respectively.Thirdly,the quiet heart rate of the overweight students showed a downward trend,which tended to develop rationally.The P value of both boys and girls was less than 0.05,with significant difference.Fourthly,the number of sit-ups of overweight students is also increased compared with the pre-test.The P value of boys and girls is less than 0.05,with significant differences.Research conclusions: In terms of body composition,there is no difference between pre-and post-test.Weight drops significantly,BMI and body fat tends to normal level.Walking vigorously has positive significance for super-heavy students to reduce fat,shape and maintaingood body shape.In terms of flexibility and fitness,sitting posture and forward bending have been improved.Walking vigorously can improve the flexibility of Super-heavy students,and girls have improved.The range is higher than that of boys.In terms of muscle fitness,although grip strength has been improved but not significantly,the number of standing long jump and one minute supine rise has increased.Walking has a positive effect on improving lower limb strength and muscle endurance,but it has little effect on the development of upper limb muscle fitness.In terms of cardiopulmonary fitness,quiet heart rate decreases,vital capacity increases,and walking can make super-heavy students aerobic.Endurance is enhanced and cardiopulmonary function is further improved.The results show that walking can effectively improve the health and fitness level of the human body,and has a positive significance in guiding the scientific exercise of overweight students.Overweight and obese college students can use this sport instead of running as a means of reducing fat,shaping and strengthening their physique.
