Jiangxi Normal University will take brisk walking into the physical examination of students of Grades 15 and 16.It requires 50 walks per semester.The distance between boys is 2500 M,the number of girls is 2000 M,and the speed is between1.5-1.9M/S.Research purposes:Firstly,this study takes the undergraduate students of Jiangxi Normal University as the research object,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the 16 th grade students who have completed the 2nd grade walk and completed the 1st grade walk,to understand the current situation of students completing the walk and college students.Perceive the state of fitness effect;Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the results of physical fitness test of 14 th grade(not participating in brisk walking)and15th grade students,the influence of one-year brisk walking on the physical health of college students is discussed.Research methods:In this study,students of 15 th and 16 th grades were awarded the “Status of College Students Participating in brisk walking Exercises” and the “Evaluation of Self-Assessment of Student Perception Fitness Exercises(EEI)” questionnaires.Physical fitness tests were conducted on 14 th and 15 th grade students,with 50 students at level 14 and 5,158 at level 15.Research result:1.65.4% of college students are willing and very willing to participate in brisk walking exercises,66.7% of students believe that brisk walking is closely related to physical health,and 73.8% of students believe that the speed required by the school is appropriate,with 48.6% of students I am very willing and willing to take a step-by-step approach to lifelong fitness.70.0% of the students feel that the 50-step walk per semester is very reasonable and reasonable.77.6% of the students hope that the school will strengthen the fingerprint machine check,and 71.6% of the students are encouraged to walk.It is completed physical education assessment and 86.7% of the students mainly carry out brisk walking exercises with their classmates,but 70.5%of the students feel that it is not necessary to continue to exercise in the third year.2.The perceived fitness effect of college students brisk walking health,the health dimension ranks first in all dimensions,followed by fun,inspirational,social,ability,and body sculpting.3.Compared with the results of the 2016 and 2015 physique tests for the students of Grades 15 and 14: 1 The BMI grade 15 students decreased,the 14 students increased,and there was a significant difference between them;250M,800M/1000 M scores increased by 15 Significantly higher than the 14 th grade students.Analysis conclusion:1.Most students have a more positive attitude toward brisk walking activities,more recognition of their functional value and speed requirements,more than a healthy step of life-long sports and 50 times per semester,and a desire to strengthen fingerprint screening.The motivation for the highest requirements and participation in brisk walking is mainly to complete the assessment of the physical education class.The form of participation is mainly with the students,but the third step is to continue to implement a healthy attitude.2.College students are more recognized for the health effects and fun effects of brisk walking,and generally recognize inspirational and social effects,and do not recognize the ability and body shaping effect.3.Brisk walking step has a role in maintaining and promoting the body mass index(BMI)of college students;the brisk walking step has a positive effect on the speed quality and endurance quality of college students.
