Objective: This study,through the investigation and study of the students who are tired of the fourth middle school in Zhangjiakou,preliminarily understands the status quo and characteristics of middle school students’ tiredness,and conducts psychological intervention on the students who are tired of learning through group Sandplay treatment to explore the feasibility of group boxing intervention..Method and process: The study is divided into two phases:1.In the preliminary experimental stage,a total of 287 students from the 7th to 9th grades of Zhangjiakou No.4 Middle School were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and characteristics of middle school students’ disliked learning.The object is prepared.2.In the formal experimental stage,according to the results of the first phase of the questionnaire survey,12 middle school students with a score of 4 or more were selected.The experimental group and the control group were each half.The experimental group took group Sandplay therapy,while the control group did not intervene.Using the pre-and post-measurement methods,the intervention effect of group Sandplay therapy on middle school students’ tiredness is analyzed from the perspective of quantity.After research and changes on the process of Sandplay therapy,it is shown that the effect of group Sandplay therapy on relieving middle school students’ tiredness is studied.Results: 1.There was a significant difference in the gender dimension between middle school students and students(p<0.05).The scores of male students’ disability were significantly higher than those of female students.There is a significant difference in the grades of middle school students(p<0.05),while there is no significant difference in the scores of the 7th and 9th grades.The grades of the eighth grade students are significantly worse than those of the seventh and ninth grades.(p<0.05).3.Middle school students are tired of learning in the academic achievement dimension,there are significant differences in the scores of the three grades students(p<0.05).Students with poor academic performance scored significantly worse than those with excellent academic performance(p<0.05).4.After the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the dimension of social factors of disgusting attitude(p>0.05),and there was significant difference in the disgusting score and other 7 dimensions(p<0.05).The tiredness score was significantly higher than the experimental group.Conclusions: 1.There is a significant difference in the gender,grade and academic achievement dimensions of middle school students’ disgusting psychology.Targeted intervention is necessary.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the dimension of social factors of disgusting attitude.The scores in the disgusting scores and other 7 dimensions were significantly different.The experimental group scored lower than the control group.Therefore,group sandplay therapy can effectively alleviate middle school students’ discomfort.Learning,and is conducive to improving the level of mental health development of middle school students...
