Art in primary school,as one of the courses in the period of basic education,plays a positve role for improving student' overall qualities.Art course in primary school period is an important part for basic education.Since the second half of the 1960 s,educational scholars from many countries and regions have been in deep and overall thinking on how to reform the basic art education in order to meet the social development of the new centuny.China has also undergone great changes in terms of setting primary school art course.The new goal of basic education is to help studenes to achieve all-round development in the era of high globalieation and information,to adapt to the requirement of talenes in the new era.Based on such background,Zhangjiakou art curriculum in Primary School must face the problems of imovation and strengthening system construction.Eisner's educational thought has profound implications for world education innovation.The theory focuses on researching the structure of the subjectitself,which believes that educational value can be achieved through well-knit curriculum and argues for art curriculum's combination with art qppreciation,art criticism,art history,art creation and aesthetics to form a coherent curriculum system.The thesis paper is based on Eisner's educational thought,combines the domestic trend of art education innovation,and points at the problems existong in the development of current Zhangjiakou art curriculum in primary school.The thesis paper conducts the following research methods: document research,observation in person,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis.The thesis paper analyzes Eisner's educational thought,the standard of Natvonal Basic Art Curriculum,core literaly concept of art education,art textbooks in primary school of Hebei edition.On the basis of the writer's teaching expenerues in Zhangjiakou primary schools and interviews with fronthine teachers of art curriculum,the thesis paper summanies the present situatum and problems of Zhangjiakou art curriculum in primary school.The thesis paper puts forwond development strategies and methods of Zhangjiakou art curriculum in primary school.Mainly from five aspects: set up the new educational idea;Optimize the curriculum and implement the pluralistic and cultural teaching methods;The curriculum implementation pays attention to the cultivation of innovative quality;Strengthen teacher training,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers;Integrate into regional art and culture and strengthen cultural inheritance.It provides theoretical guidance for the development of art curriculum system in Zhangjiakou primary school,improves the implementation effect of art curriculum in Zhangjiakou primary school,and continuously promotes the development of art education in Zhangjiakou primary school.
