As the main body of Chinese traditional culture,the excellent Confucian culture has obvious ethical tendency,which has an important influence on the formation and development of Chinese traditional virtues.In history,ethnic minority areas of our country have been influenced by the excellent Confucian culture,and formed a cultural interaction mode of mutual influence and common development between the excellent Confucian culture and national culture.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the excellent Confucian culture into the moral education of middle schools in ethnic minority area and give full play to its resource value,so as to improve the effectiveness of middle school moral education in ethnic minority area.On the basis of previous research,the logical thinking of the paper is established,and a questionnaire survey and interview were conducted in several middle schools in XinJiang Uygur Autonomous region.Through analyze the survey results,this paper mainly summarizes the problems existing about the excellent Confucian culture integrate into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area,analyzes the causes,sorts out the content about the excellent Confucian culture integrate into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area,and puts forward the basic measures about the integration.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the accordance about the excellent Confucian culture integrates into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area,including the relationship between the two,the necessity and the possibility of the integration.Firstly,it clarifies the relationship between the excellent Confucian culture and middle school moral education in ethnic minority area.That is,the two have the value homogeneity,which is a kind of mutual need relation.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of integration,that is,the lack of excellent Confucian culture in middle school moral education,lack of the effective way to cultivate cultural identity and national spirit,and need to improve the effectiveness of the middle school moral education in ethnic minority area.Finally,it analyzes the possibility of integration,that is,bilingual teaching provides the language foundation,multi-ethnic living provides the cultural exchange environment,the commonality between the excellent Confucian culture and the minority culture,and the favorable situation of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent Chinese culture.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons about the excellent Confucian culture integrate into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area.The existing problems mainly include three aspects:students have weak cognition of the excellent Confucian culture and the obvious hierarchy,insufficient attention of teacher to the excellent Confucian culture,and the insufficient role of family and society in the education of the excellent traditional culture.The reasons are mainly analyzed from the following four aspects: the students' level of classical Chinese and their comprehension ability,the educational concept of neglecting ideological cultivation,theconsciousness and ability of moral educators' integration,and the academic research on the commonness between the excellent Confucian culture and the minority culture.The third part is the content about the excellent Confucian culture integrate into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area,which mainly discusses three aspects: the education of family and country,the education of social care,and the education of personality cultivation.The fourth part is the basic measures about the excellent Confucian culture integrate into middle school moral education in ethnic minority area,which expound from the government,school and family level.The government should integrate social resources,and actively play the role of cultural aid to XinJiang.The school should be update the concept of moral education and optimize the carrier of moral education.At the family level,an open and inclusive cultural mentality should be established,with emphasis on teaching by words and deeds.
