Under the new curriculum reform environment,China's primary and secondary schools have started research on school-based curriculum development based on the national,local,and school-level curriculum management models.The school-based curriculum emphasizes the needs of students,enhances the participation of teachers in the curriculum,and supplements the teaching of national and local courses.In today's society,film and television art is becoming a mainstream cultural media with the symbolism of the times,affecting all aspects of people's lives.Therefore,the importance of professional film and television art education is highlighted.Many schools have carried out related school-based curriculum design and development for film and television art education,such as "film appreciation","photography foundation","unmanned aerial photography",etc.,and have achieved many teaching achievements.As the same type of art course,Basic Photography has the same student needs and social life needs.Through the school-based curriculum design of the basic knowledge of camera,it is required to improve students' knowledge learning ability and practical operation ability,and enhance students' perception and skill level of film and television art.This research focuses on the design and implementation of the curriculum development and practical exploration of the school-based curriculum of the high school "Basic Photography".First of all,this paper uses the literature research method to learn the development basis of school-based curriculum development-development concepts,conditions,processes and models.Secondly,according to the school-based curriculum development process,the requirements analysis,goal establishment,course content selection and organization,curriculum implementation,and course evaluation are carried out in order to complete the design and development of the school-based curriculum.In the process,the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the needs of the students.Interview method is used to consult teachers and experts;the teaching objectives of this "Basic Photography”school-based curriculum are determined according to the three-dimensional goal of teaching;combined with the needs of students and the school's educational philosophy,the content of school-based curriculum is selected,and students' cognition is fully considered.The level difference,with the layered teaching theory to guide the organization of the course content,design five units of teaching content;in the curriculum implementation and evaluation links give teaching and evaluation recommendations.After the course design is completed,the teaching practice will be carried out to analyze the effect of the course development.The author relies on the community class of the internship school to select the 40 high school students who choose this course as the practical object.The practice shows that the high school "Basic Photography" school-based curriculum designed and developed by this study can enhance students' artistic perception of camera knowledge and even film and television art.To develop students' practical and operational skills and cooperation and communication skills,and to enhance students'enthusiasm for participating in art-based school-based curriculum.In addition,this study collected feedback and evaluation of the course,and reflected on the problems and deficiencies in the implementation of the course,in order to provide examples and references for the development of the "Basic Photography" school-based curriculum for other schools.
