With the increase in the number of skiers,there is also an increasing demand for the number of skiing social sports instructors,and the number of skiing social sports instructors is increasing.However,due to the lack of effective evaluation criteria for coaching ability,in the various stages of hiring,assessing,and cultivating skiing social sports instructors,it is unclear what kind of coaching ability skiing social sports instructors can be hired,what assessment standards to use to assess skiing social sports instructors,and even less what kind of coaching ability skiing social sports instructors can be trained,This leads to uneven teaching abilities among members of the sports instructor group in the entire skiing society,which cannot meet the development needs of the expanding skiing market and affects the overall development of skiing sports.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of the coaching ability of skiing social sports instructors urgently needs to be addressed.In view of this,this paper takes "the construction of the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of ski social sports instructors" as the research object,and initially constructs the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of ski social sports instructors by using the literature method,expert interview method,and Delphi method method,Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to construct an evaluation index system for the coaching ability of skiing social sports instructors.The following conclusions are drawn through statistical analysis:(1)Through the Delphi method method,the evaluation index system of ski social instructors’ teaching ability was initially established,including 6 first level indicators,12 second level indicators and 32 third level indicators.The first level indicators include teaching ability,specialized ability,communication and communication ability,professional literacy,teaching experience,and safety protection ability;The secondary indicators include 12 indicators,including communication skills,skiing skills teaching ability,risk prevention ability,internal literacy,teaching experience,and specialized theoretical and technical mastery ability;The third level indicators include 32 indicators,including clear language expression ability of professional terminology,ability to explain and demonstrate movements,instillation of safety knowledge,strong sense of career and responsibility,national vocational certificate level,and professional technical and theoretical knowledge of skiing.(2)The six dimensions of contribution rate obtained through exploratory factor analysis,from large to small,are teaching ability factor,safety protection factor,communication and communication factor,special ability factor,professional literacy factor,and teaching experience factor.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the effectiveness of the evaluation index system for the teaching ability of skiing social sports instructors is good,The CFA model for evaluating the coaching ability of skiing social sports instructors has good adaptability,with good convergence validity and combinatorial reliability in all dimensions,and good discriminative reliability among all dimensions.
