The trampoline movement was officially set up by the International Olympic Committee in 1997 and became the official competition of the 27 th Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.There are two gold medals for men and women online.The trampoline is a skill-oriented performance of the difficulty-beauty project.Its action content is rich,its form and type are diverse,and it is known as "air ballet".At present,there exists 12 provinces and cities in China have carried out competitive trampolines.The training arrangements of the trampoline teams in various provinces and cities are basically carried out around the annual trampoline competition arrangement,that is,the training cycle is arranged in national championships and championships.The national trampoline tournament is generally scheduled to take place in May of the same year.It is the most important domestic event in the trampoline year.The provinces and cities usually use the results of the championship as an important basis for the assessment of coaches and athletes.According to the arrangement of the event,the national trampoline tournament is usually held about one month after the end of the winter training.The athletes' competition results is directly determined to the effect of the winter training.Winter training period of the trampoline athletes is usually from November to the next March.Hence,studying the training arrangements of the trampoline athletes in the winter training period of each province and city,exploring the rules of training and the existing deficiencies,and proposing countermeasures for the existing problems,in order to improve the training effectiveness of the trampoline team in the winter training period of each province and city,and also to improve the trampoline in China,at the same time,to provide a reference for the athlete's overall competitive strength.In this paper,the literature method,questionnaire survey,observation method,mathematical statistics method and other methods are used to do the research.63 trampoline athletes from 12 teams in 11 provinces and cities ofChina are studied,and 15 national trampoline athletes are used as reference objects.Investigate and analyze the training situation in winter training,and propose relevant countermeasures for existing problems.The main findings are as follows:(1)The winter training period is usually divided into three stages,namely the recovery period,the lifting period and the consolidation period.The training tasks at each stage are: the first stage of the main physical state recovery adjustment,mainly physical fitness training,the second stage of the task is mainly to develop a single movement difficulty and adjustment action arrangement,the third stage is mainly to consolidate the stability of complete sets of movements,Improve the quality of the complete set of actions.(2)Winter training is carried out in a weekly training program,showing a bimodal system,a stage from Monday to Wednesday,and a stage from Thursday to Saturday,with a small load in the middle to adjust the rest.The weekly class is usually around 10 knots,and the training time is about 6hours a day.The special technical training of our excellent trampoline athletes accounts for more than 80% of the overall training.During the adjustment period on Wednesday and Saturday,special training on the ground will also be carried out.(3)In the winter training period training content arrangement,the first stage is mainly based on single action,combined action and prescribed action.In a single exercise,men mainly the completion of a single movement and appropriately improve the difficulty of the complete set of movements.The trampoline teams in all provinces and cities pay attention to the development of individual movements.The development rate of men's new movements is48.8%,the rate of new development of women's development is 37.1%,and the difficulty of men's development is difficulty.(5)The training load is relatively high for athletes.After training,34.9%of the athletes are very tired,and 63.5% of the athletes are a little tired.From the recovery situation,11.1% of the athletes can not recover,87.3% of the athletes can basically recover or even recover,and the athletes recover well.(6)In the training method system of winter training period,the use rate of the complete combination training method is the highest,reaching 76.92%,the set re-use rate is 56.04%,and the ultra-long set is the lowest,only 1.1%;The method is subdivided into a "combination batch method" and a "combined continuous cycle method".(7)The training load is characterized by the stage of the inverted “U”curve.The training volume of trampoline teams in both men and women in various provinces and cities is generally large,and the requirements for basictechnology are relatively high.The training intensity is relatively small due to the difficulty value.The men's first-week training volume was 1002,the second stage was 1548,and the third stage was 1188.The number of women in the first stage of the week was 1052.3,the second stage was 1583.5,and the third stage was 1186.The men's first-stage weekly training intensity was347.2,the second stage was 527.5,and the third stage was 369.6.The first stage of the women's training intensity was 303.4,the second stage was419.2,and the third stage was 289.2.Suggest:(1)Enhance the “actuality” of winter training.The overall arrangement of the winter training period is finally carried out around the competition.The training arrangement should be closely integrated with the competition to enhance the practicality of the training and enable the athletes to participate in the competition better.(2)Scientifically and reasonably explore the load measurement of winter training.The training period of winter training period is long.It is necessary to properly control the load of training,and reasonably arrange the load of individual movement and segmentation,racket movement and set of movements,so as to better improve their sports performance.(3)Reasonably plan the order of development of athletes' difficulty.The development and reserve of difficult movements is ultimately to bring in a set of actions,increase the difficulty value of the complete set of actions,and rationally develop the difficult movements,so that the difficulty development forms a reasonable increase,so that better set-up is a problem that needs to be solved.
