Literacy is the premise of learning,literacy teaching is not only the beginning of Chinese character education,but also a solid foundation for students' lifelong learning.However,in the actual teaching practice,the effect of students' literacy is not satisfactory,and the phenomenon of mistyping and regeneration of new words is common.Chinese character configuration follows the characteristics of Chinese characters,to study the rules of Chinese character formation and evolution.It is helpful to cultivate students' Chinese character quality and literacy,and improve the scientific and effective teaching of literacy.Based on Professor Wang Ning's Chinese Character Configuration Theory,this study analyzed the configuration of 2100 new words that should be recognized in primary school Chinese textbooks for grades 1 to 3,and the analysis results were used to guide the development of strategies to improve literacy teaching.The author took the Chinese teachers of three primary schools in Jinan and eight Chinese classes as the research objects,explored the problems existing in the current literacy teaching of primary schools from the perspective of Chinese Character Configuration,analyzed the reasons behind the problems,and put forward suggestions to improve literacy teaching based on Chinese Character Configuration.This paper briefly introduced professor Wang Ning's theory of Chinese Character Construction from the function and mode of components,and then explained the necessity of Chinese Character Construction in primary school literacy teaching from three aspects of curriculum standards,Chinese character rules and children's cognition.On this basis,text analysis was carried out under the guidance of Chinese Character Configuration.Through the study of 2100 new words in the new edition of textbooks,it was found that in the current primary school literacy teaching,the main configurational modes were Full Function Zero Composition Words,semantic-compound words,symbolic-compound words and Conceptual Semi-stored Words,a small number of loss of Connotation words,symbolic-compound words and phonetic-compound words.In addition,through questionnaire survey and case study analysis,it is found that teachers lack the awareness of guiding literacy teaching with Chinese character configuration,improper explanation of Chinese character configuration and meaning,and lack of pertinence in the application of teaching methods.The reasons for these problems can be attributed to the weak Chinese character knowledge of teachers,the lack of course preparation resources for configuration,and the weakening of the intention of Chinese character construction by the evolution of Chinese character configuration.Therefore,teachers should strengthen the study of configuration knowledge and analyze configuration according to theories.To integrate multiple literacy teaching resources and set up literacy activities skillfully;Strengthen the classified teaching of new words and pay attention to the teaching based on learning.
