Literacy in primary school Chinese teaching is the most basic and most important teaching contents, but literacy teaching should not only instrumental knowledge teaching, should also be penetrating the contents of culture education. Penetrating the Chinese character culture in the primary school literacy teaching, with rich cultural connotation of Chinese characters as a foundation, takes the concept of "Chinese culture" inserted in the literacy teaching, learning Chinese characters culture in literacy, understanding of the han nationality’s social history, cultural form and mode of thinking, is an important means of promoting literacy teaching effective implementation, but also cultivate students inheriting Chinese culture, making the national cultural identity. Infiltration of Chinese culture literacy teaching should adopt the following strategies and methods: seize the theory of Chinese characters and its roots, the Chinese character culture, let the students set up the connection between the sound, form and meaning,; From the emotional experience of creating Chinese characters culture situation, experience the characters of implicit cultural connotation; Attaches great importance to the students of stereo feeling, using the comprehensive way of thinking to explore, experience, many levels and comprehension diversity and profound Chinese culture. Finally under the guidance of specific methods focus on primary school literacy teaching classroom, using pictures excitation method, analysis of the configuration rule method, culture method with the conventional teaching case of Chinese character culture infiltration, is beneficial to build the culture atmosphere of literacy teaching, improve teaching effectiveness.
