| The research questions in this paper are derived from the "implementation Suggestions" in the general high school geography curriculum standards(2017edition),which include "focus on performance evaluation","teachers should understand the necessary conditions and production procedures of performance issues" and other contents.Literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods are adopted to carry out research on the thesis,aiming at exploring the problems,solutions and effects of performance evaluation in the current application of geography teaching in senior high school.It provides theoretical support and practical basis for performance evaluation for front-line geography educators and promotes the actual implementation of performance evaluation in current teaching practice.The thesis is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is to expound the research background and significance of performance evaluation of this paper,and the status quo of related literature research.At the same time,it puts forward the research method and technical route of this paper,showing the research focus and innovation points.The second part briefly introduces the theoretical support,connotation and characteristics of performance evaluation,and the connotation and characteristics of evaluation gauge.The third part mainly uses the expert interview,the teacher questionnaire,the student questionnaire three ways,understands the present performance appraisal in the high school geography teaching application present situation.The main reasons for the limited range and low frequency of performance evaluation in geography teaching are unclear performance evaluation objectives,improper selection of performance evaluation tasks and evaluation methods,design of evaluation criteria and neglect of core quality value orientation in the compilation of evaluation gauge.In the fourth part,aiming at the problems existing in the application of performance evaluation in geography teaching,the author designs a set of performance evaluation implementation program based on the core quality of geography.To be specific,the evaluation objectives should be determined based on the core quality of geography,the evaluation objectives should be locked,the specific requirements of evaluation tasks should be refined,the evaluation rules and measuring rules should be formulated to highlight the value orientation of geography,and the evaluation process should be implemented.The fifth part uses concrete cases to apply the performance evaluation implementation program of the above design to practice,and finally conducts an empirical study on the effectiveness of the process.Two classes were selected for experiment and control by experiment method,and the experiment was carried out with the teaching method of performance evaluation as a single variable.Before and after the experiment,a questionnaire survey was conducted on students’ grades,their interest in learning geography,and their development level of geographical core literacy,to explore the effectiveness of performance evaluation in the application of high school geography teaching.The empirical results show that the implementation of performance evaluation promotes the accumulation of knowledge,the interest in learning geography,and the improvement of the core quality of geography.The sixth part is the deficiency and prospect of the research.By reviewing the whole research process and looking forward to the role and value of performance evaluation in promoting the implementation of geographical core literacy,this paper summarizes the deficiencies of this research,so as to further implement and improve it in future teaching. |
