The ability of the class teacher will directly affect the quality of education and the development of students.Combining the definition of competency with the professional requirements,their moral education competency should be distinguished from the ability to be the minimum required to work as a class teacher.Instead,the class teachers' analyzes,controls,and handles the student's moral education in the management education activities.The ability of reflection is the trait of professional education,professionalism,humanistic quality,management art,and psychological quality that can successfully promote school education and teaching.It is an important basis for distinguishing excellent class teachers from ordinary class teachers.With the help of the original research results,the author adapted the original research on the competency of the middle school class teacher according to the difference of the research direction of “Moral Education Competency”.The re-formed questionnaire contains 11 factors and 50 items.Through the investigation we can understand the basic composition of the class teacher and the comprehensive performance of the moral education competency level.Based on this,we selected two class teachers with excellent teaching ability to conduct follow-up surveys.We found it will directly affect the performance level of the class.The results show that the class teacher has a high level of competence in both professional ethics and work attitude,and the factors that need to be improved are: self-monitoring ability,interpersonal communication and psychological counseling ability.In addition,the difference analysis of the class teacher of the test shows that the length of the class teacher's working years will affect competency level,and the academic level will affect the individual competency characteristics,but it is not decisive.The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of moral education competency of the class teacher in the region,to understand the current status of the class teacher,and to provide reference for the school's competence level as a test class teacher.It also provides some research suggestions for the school to select and hire the class teacher.
