Teachers' practical knowledge is the knowledge basis of teachers' professional development,and it is a kind of "capable" knowledge,which is practical and silent,and it is more prominent in vocational education.Then,how do the teachers in vocational college acquire this kind of knowledge? The master-apprentice system happens to provide a soil for vocational college teachers to grow practical knowledge.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the practical knowledge of vocational college teachers under the background of master-apprentice system in order to provide reference and reflection for the apprentice how to generate practical knowledge,and it is also of great significance to retain and inherit the practical knowledge of "master".This study adopts the method of qualitative research,taking the master-apprentice teachers in vocational colleges as the research object,recording the dialogue and interaction between teachers and apprentices on education and teaching through classroom observation and office observation,in-depth interviews and physical collection.collect data from the bottom up,and analyze the original data to understand the practical knowledge of the master and apprentice,and analyze the influencing factors of the generation of practical knowledge.To explore the ways to generate its practical knowledge.This study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the origin of the research,the importance of the research,the carding of the relevant literature,the definition of the concept,as well as the research content and framework;the second chapter is the research design.It mainly describes the research methods,research process and the building of research relationship,in order to present the real research process;the third chapter is the content of practical knowledge of vocational college teachers based on apprenticeship system.It mainly presents the appearance of the practical knowledge of master and apprentice under the background of apprenticeship,which is mainly manifested in four aspects: self-knowledge,subject knowledge,classroom management knowledge and safety education knowledge.the fourth chapter is the influencing factors of practical knowledge generation based on apprenticeship teachers.This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of teachers' practical knowledge generation under the background of master-apprentice system,which are expounded from the four "systems" of educational administrative department,school,master and apprentice respectively.the fifth chapter is the generation paths of teachers' practical knowledge in vocational colleges based on apprenticeship system.Through the analysis of the original materials and cases,it is concluded that the main ways to generate teachers' practical knowledge under the background of master-apprentice system are: individual guidance,legal participation and master-apprentice cooperation;the sixth chapter is the conclusion andreflection.This paper summarizes the contents and influencing factors of the practical knowledge of teachers and apprentices in vocational colleges,in order to better understand the ways of the generation of practical knowledge of vocational college teachers under the background of apprenticeship.In addition,as a research tool,the researcher made a self-reflection on the research process.
