Queue formation practice teaching is to cultivate sports education professional students queue formation teaching skills and the ability to command the core of the teaching content,this research USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and the teaching experiment method and other research methods,through application teaching method to solve in the teaching of sports training undergraduates queue formation of their aptitude is not outstanding,the student main body role play of objective problems such as inadequate.This study based on the teaching model program related theory,follow the principle of procedure teaching method of teaching,combining teaching content knowledge queue formation characteristics,skill development intrinsic relations,completed the subject selection,small steps teaching aim,teaching schedule adjustment,organize teaching optimization,the experiment effect evaluation and so on experimental design and implementation work,formed in the queue formation teaching application in teaching method of teaching plan.The experimental results show that procedural teaching method has the following comparative advantages in formation teaching :(1)procedural teaching method is more beneficial for students to improve the details of technical movements,the proficiency of the completion of action commands and the articulation of action performance,and it also has obvious improvement in learning ability and habit cultivation.(2)improve students' learning consciousness and independence,exercise students' ability to explore and solve difficulties,and improve students' passive learning and low enthusiasm in the conventional teaching mode.(3)unit test in procedural teaching method can not only make students clearly understand the learning task,but also make teachers and students understand the current learning situation through stage test.(4)procedural teaching method provides students with more time for self-study,which is conducive to learning from each other.It not only enhances the feelings between students,but also creates a good learning atmosphere.(5)procedural teaching method can improve the teaching efficiency of teachers,avoid repeated teaching,focus on students with poor learning ability and relatively weak foundation,and better play the leading role of teachers.In order to give full play to the role of procedural teaching methods,Suggestions are as follows :(1)teachers should pay special attention to the analysis of learning situation and divide appropriate teaching content into small units;(2)pay special attention to the achievement of students' knowledge and skills goals,and adjust students' learning progress immediately;(3)we should pay special attention to mobilizing students' subjective initiative,encouraging and helping them to build up their learning confidence and develop their learning ability.(4)as the teaching objectives of formation exercises are diversified and the improvement of teaching quality is multi-channel,it is more reasonable to comprehensively apply procedural teaching method with other teaching methods.
