Although the la la exercise program was introduced to my country relatively late,it was quickly favored by teachers and students due to its unique technical characteristics and enthusiastic performance, and it has been popularized in primary school physical education classrooms in our country, but the vast majority of la la exercises Teachers still use traditional physical education teaching methods to teach cheerleading, and the teaching method lags behind the speed of the development of cheerleading projects, which can no longer meet the current needs of cheerleading teaching. The research applies the procedural teaching method to the teaching of cheerleading in elementary schools for experimental research, aiming to explore whether the procedural teaching method can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve students' skill mastering ability, and improve classroom learning effects. With its scientific and targeted teaching Principles, compared with traditional physical education teaching methods in elementary school cheerleading teaching, there will be better teaching efficiency, and it will provide effective reference value for the future exploration of the theoretical analysis of the program teaching method. And through experiments to verify the significance of the application of procedural teaching method in elementary school cheerleading teaching, enriching the research of procedural teaching method and cheerleading teaching, etc.,to provide reference materials and basis for the development of elementary school cheerleading teaching. The research took 60 students selected from the fifth grade of Lvyuan Primary School in Changchun City as the experimental subjects. The program teaching method was applied to the cheerleading teaching in elementary school, using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, and teaching experiment.Based on the theoretical basis of the program teaching method, following its teaching principles, combining the content structure of Lala exercises and the internal connection of skill development, the experimental teaching compares the three aspects of physical fitness, technical level and learning interest data, and compares the program teaching method Research on the different effects of the traditional teaching method in the elementary school cheerleading teaching. The research draws the following conclusions:(1)The procedural teaching method helps to improve the physical coordination quality of students, but the improvement of strength and flexibility is not obvious, indicating that different teaching methods have no effect on the improvement of students' physical fitness.(2)The procedural teaching method can effectively improve students' cheerleading skills, improve the efficiency of students' learning cheerleading techniques, and allow students to grasp the cheerleading techniques more quickly and firmly within an effective time.(3)The procedural teaching method can effectively improve students' learning interest and enthusiasm, increase students' participation in the classroom, and promote the realization of teaching goals.Based on the conclusions drawn, corresponding suggestions are made:(1)Teachers should strictly control the time when using the program teaching method to teach, supervise students, and keep abreast of students' learning in a timely manner,so that students can maximize the use of their learning time.(2)Teachers should carefully analyze the teaching objectives and content when using the program teaching method, and make timely adjustments to the teaching plan according to the individual differences of students and the characteristics of different projects in order to better teach.(3)Teachers should focus on the combination of different teaching methods and complement each other's strengths to achieve ideal teaching goals and effects.
