With the development of society,adapting to the needs of talent cultivation in the new era,more and more attention has been paid to the application of knowledge.The Ministry of Education recently promulgated "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)" emphasizes that mathematics education helps students to master the mathematical knowledge,skills,ideas and methods necessary for modern life and further learning.At the same time,it has condensed the core literacy of the six major mathematics disciplines that senior high school students should cultivate and develop.Among them,mathematical modeling literacy is the literacy of using mathematical language to express practical problems and mathematical methods to solve them.Therefore,in high school mathematics teaching,we should pay attention to cultivating students' ability to apply mathematical knowledge,that is,to improve students' mathematical modeling literacy.This paper will mainly focus on how to improve the mathematical modeling literacy of senior high school students.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research;secondly,through a large number of literature reading,it summarizes the current research status of mathematical modeling in middle schools at home and abroad.From the perspective of curriculum development and combined with the research results of other scholars,it puts forward to the research content of this paper,and clearly defines the concepts of mathematical model,mathematical modeling,mathematical modeling literacy.At the same time,it analyzes the mathematical modeling activities of middle school and its significance based on constructivism.Thirdly,the third chapter of this paper mainly analyses the requirements and manifestations of mathematical modeling literacy from two aspects of curriculum standards and textbooks,and concludes that the functional model is the most basic model of high school mathematics,and functional content runs through the whole process of high school mathematics.This part can well cultivate the mathematical modeling literacy of high school students.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper.Combining with the above review and analysis,the following strategies are proposed to improve the mathematical modeling literacy of senior high school students.(1)Different links of classroom teaching cut into mathematical modeling,embody the idea of mathematical model in the pre-class introduction,strengthen the awareness of model in explaining examples,and consolidate the application of model in exercises training;(2)Mathematical modeling activities can be set up separately.use mathematics modeling class to let students understand the whole process of mathematical modeling,set up special mathematical modeling topics to comprehensively cultivate students' mathematical modeling literacy,and expand their vision and interest in mathematical modeling through after-school time or extracurricular training.In view of the above strategies,this paper takes the teaching of functions as an example,and gives corresponding examples to illustrate.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the research results of this paper.It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide references for the teaching of front-line teachers.
