With the continuous development of China’s economy,China has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.The quality of workers is becoming more and more important to enterprises.At present,the most direct way to improve the quality of employees is to enhance the education of job-seekers.Due to the impact of new challenges in professional life and the pressure of job competition,both working staff and new employees will enter education training institute to participate in the training program in order to improve their education.As the number of private education institutions grows,so too does the competition between them.The concentration of these needs is reflected in student satisfaction.This paper takes the h-education training institution as an example to study the factors affecting the satisfaction of its trainees.On the basis of reading abundant Chinese and foreign literatures,combined with the customer satisfaction theory learned and the theoretical basis of Kerkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis were adopted to conduct an empirical study on the status quo and influencing factors of H institutional students’ satisfaction through SPSS 19.0 software.The results show that the satisfaction degree of trainees in the h-education training institution is at the middle and lower level,among which the teachers,course content,teaching environment,internal management and external geographical position are the main factors influencing the satisfaction degree of trainees in the h-education training institution.Based on the above empirical research results and the actual development of h-education institution,this paper proposes constructive strategies to improve the satisfaction of h-education institution students.The specific strategies are as follows:in terms of publicity image,it mainly aims to build a brand and build a corporate culture centered on the value of students.In the aspect of internal management,it is mainly to perfect the mechanism and rules and regulations,build an automatic and spontaneous team,and choose highly intelligent management software for office work.In terms of teacher management,the emphasis is to control the proportion of teachers with different educational backgrounds,strictly implement the teacher assessment system,properly carry out some cultural salon activities and contact feelings.In terms of course content,it should be timely prepared with new knowledge,and actively set up small-class teaching by combining theory with practice.In terms of organization layout and site selection,the first consideration is to choose the location with convenient transportation and convenient parking.
