Employment is one of the important problems that college students need to face in the process of higher education,and it is also an important livelihood issue to promote social and economic development.The number of fresh graduates is also increasing year by year along with the overall trend of college expansion,and the employment problem of college students will become more and more serious.In the administrative management of colleges and universities,career guidance service is a part of student management and the focus of student management.Although the career guidance service of many colleges and universities has been carried out comprehensively,the satisfaction of college students with the college career guidance service is not high in the face of the current complicated employment situation,which indicates that there are still some problems to improve the college career guidance service.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,this study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to investigate the satisfaction of graduates from five colleges and universities with college career guidance service and investigate the current situation of college career guidance service satisfaction and the influencing factors based on the combing of relevant domestic and foreign research malefactors.This study found that college graduates’ satisfaction with college career guidance service is not high,and there is no significant difference in school type and employment status.The student satisfaction of college career guidance service is significantly positively influenced by perceived quality and perceived value,and significantly negatively influenced by perceived employment pressure,and the current graduates of five colleges and universities have higher perceived employment pressure.The management concept and mechanism of career guidance service,faculty strength and the management of employment information platform in colleges and universities also affect students’ satisfaction.Based on the above findings,suggestions for the improvement of career guidance service in colleges and universities are proposed at the level of students’ perception,college management,staff arrangement and resources,so as to provide decision-making references for colleges and universities to further develop career guidance service.
