Network training as a new way of continuing education and training of teachers,breaking the traditional training in time,space and resources on the limitations.Network training for teachers of their own professional developments have a very important role.But there are still studies show that although China's network training has been the relevant departments of the country and the region's strong support and promotion,but the actual participation of teachers in the network training situation is not ideal,the reason is that teachers are less satisfied with the current network training,which leads to the final effect of network training can not meet the expected standards.Therefore,based on the above problems,this study explores the influencing factors of teachers' satisfaction when they participate the network training from the teacher's own point of view.This research combs the research direction and research field of the network training of teachers in China,and establishes the research questions and research directions of this research,the literature-summarizing method and questionnaire method are used to explore the influencing factors of teachers' participation in training,the relationship between the factors,the relationship between the number of factors and whether there are differences in gender and pedagogy.The theoretical model of ACSI is used as the theoretical basis of this study,combining with the characteristics of network training itself and the characteristics of teachers' real participation in the network training process,the ACSI model is properly adjusted to construct the influencing factors model of teacher's network training participation satisfaction,finally,the relevant hypotheses are proposed.And designing the related questionnaire,the a questionnaire survey is conducted on five junior high school teachers in a province,the SPSS software was used to evaluate the validity and validity of the questionnaire,and descriptive statistical analysis of influencing factors,at the same time,the factors influencing the gender and teaching of teachers were tested.Finally,the structural equation hypothesis model of this study is constructed,the structural equations are analyzed by AMOS software,deriving the path coefficient between the variables,verifing that the relevant assumptions of the study are true.The results show that the perceived quality has a significant effect on the satisfaction of teachers 'network training,and puts forward the strategies to improve the teachers' participation in network training satisfaction according to the corresponding variables of perceived quality.At the same time,the teachers' network training participates in the two measurement items that complain about the satisfaction survey scale,and points out the teachers' specific dissatisfaction,so as to put forward the corresponding improvement strategies to improve the teachers' participation in the network training satisfaction.The final study also measures the observed variables of expectation,perceived quality,satisfaction,complaint and loyalty,and the correlation between variables,to some extent to provide some reference value for the future development of network training.
