In today's society,the competition between enterprises includes not only the competition of products and markets,but also the competition of talents and services.The competition of talents is mainly reflected in the competition for high-quality human capital.In recent years,private training institutions have been developing vigorously,with fierce competition and prominent brain drain.From the perspective of human capital,this paper summarizes and reviews the relevant research on human capital competitiveness and private training institutions.On the basis of previous studies,this paper summarizes the definition and composition of human capital competitiveness of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province,establishes an evaluation system of human capital competitiveness,and determines the influencing factors of human capital competitiveness.Taking employee recruitment,employee training,salary management and corporate culture as the main influencing factors of human capital competitiveness,the influencing factors model of human capital competitiveness is constructed.On this basis,the staff of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province as a sample to conduct a questionnaire survey,using statistical analysis to demonstrate the relationship between human capital competitiveness and influencing factors,and draw the following conclusions:Employee recruitment,employee training,salary management and corporate culture can effectively predict the human capital competitiveness of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province.Employee recruitment and employee training have the most significant impact,while salary management and corporate culture have a slightly weaker impact.Through empirical research,this paper further puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the human capital competitiveness of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province,mainly in the following four aspects: strengthening recruitment management,optimizing personnel structure;strengthening internal training,improving staff quality;optimizing salary structure,improving incentive mechanism;strengthening the construction of corporate culture,enhancing organizational recognition.Same feeling.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the perspective of human capital competitiveness,taking the employees of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province as a sample,putting forward the influencing factors and Improving Countermeasures of human capital competitiveness of small and micro training institutions in Zhejiang Province,further enriching the research on the competitiveness of private training institutions and human capital.Content.But at the same time,there are still some shortcomings in this paper,such as limited research capacity,the empirical investigation in this paper has small sample size,coverage,and other issues,these shortcomings need to be further studied in the future.
