With the emergence of professional weariness,the problem of teachers' job burnout is one-sided and lack of pertinence,and the teachers themselves need more diversified thinking space,so in view of the above mentioned research,One by one to understand the domestic and foreign scholars on the response of this article can also be used to discuss the form of teachers in different parts of the domestic and foreign workplace burnout problems corresponding planning and understanding.Of course,I also believe that this is a study of the value and depth of the article.In this paper,a middle school in Zhangwu,Liaoning,in order to use the method of questionnaire survey of the junior high school language teachers to investigate the status of job burnout,and obtain first-hand information,mainly young and non-young teachers of Chinese teachers' job burnout performance difference.Further analysis of the causes of occupational burnout of Chinese teachers and an effective way to solve the occupational burnout.The results show that the burnout of Chinese teachers is much lower than that of young middle school teachers,which means that the majority of young middle school teachers have more proficiency in their own occupation than non-young middle school teachers And lack of the right to participate in the Chinese language teaching,autonomy and fair and equal opportunities for promotion;in the students,students and teachers in the teaching and learning of the Chinese language teaching and learning;in the language of professional knowledge and professional skills of the lack of confidence;In the eyes of the authority is not enough;this phenomenon shows that many cases of job burnout is a "capacity panic".Young,the education sector of the system,as well as the trend of today's society and their performance is closely linked to this,more importantly,also with the language of the particularity of this discipline can not be separated from the relationship.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding solution strategy from three aspects of language subject,middle school language teacher itself and society.
