Middle school language teacher job burnout is a high school language teacher professional development in the process of a kind of phenomenon,due to the particularity of middle school Chinese teachers,many teachers have great psychological pressure to Chinese teaching work,and job burnout.Is the result of multiple factors combination of job burnout,and the effect of job burnout is various,not only for the middle school language teacher bad impact on physical and mental development,also cause adverse effect to the school and students.This paper through the analysis of the causes of formation of middle school language teacher job burnout to solving countermeasures.To study the cause of the high school language teacher job burnout and mitigation measures are necessary.This paper is mainly divided into three parts to the middle school language teacher job burnout causes and countermeasures for research.The first chapter the current situation of the middle school language teacher job burnout.Middle school language teacher job burnout present serious trend,combined with daily work practice,the writer summed up the middle school language teacher job burnout performance in low job satisfaction,job actively,teaching self-efficacy is low,the teachers' crisis highlights,physical and mental health is threatened the five aspects.Chapter two analyzes the middle school language teacher job burnout causes.Mainly from the performance salary,title evaluation,school work and manage stress and discipline attribute,the aspects such as teachers' own characteristics to explore the cause of the language teacher job burnout.The third chapter discusses to solve the problem of high school language teacher job burnout.According to genetic analysis,from the government,schools,teachers and society from the point of view of research dealing with job burnout countermeasures.By trying to improve the middle school language teacher treatment,solve the performance-related pay,title assess problems and improve the status of Chinese subject,improve school management,teacher's teaching method innovation,adjust the psychological state of strategy to relieve this problem.
