The reform of basic education advocates that teachers should pay attention to the incentive evaluation of students,teachers should stimulate students ' enthusiasm for learning in education,improve students ' interest in learning,and enhance students ' self-confidence.Incentive evaluation plays a very important role in Chinese teaching in primary schools,which can enhance students ' interest in learning Chinese,enhance students ' self-confidence in learning Chinese,stimulate students ' imagination,stimulate students ' potential,establish good teacher-student relationship,and improve teachers ' evaluation ability.Therefore,through the literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,the author analyzes the current situation of incentive evaluation in primary school Chinese teaching,so as to analyze the reasons.It is found that there are some problems,such as unclear understanding of incentive evaluation,homogenization of incentive evaluation mode,the same content of incentive evaluation,the delay of incentive evaluation,the lack of emotional art of incentive evaluation,the homogenization of incentive subject and so on.Through analysis and research,this paper analyzes the overall goal of implementing incentive evaluation in primary school Chinese teaching,determines the principles to be followed in the process of implementation of incentive evaluation,and finally summarizes the corresponding solutions: educators establish correct incentive ideas,combine various motivational evaluation methods,enrich the content of incentive evaluation,grasp the timeliness of incentive evaluation,Incentive evaluation of emotional and artistic combination,incentive evaluation of the main body to cooperate.It is believed that through the author's research,incentive evaluation can achieve better results in Chinese teaching in primary schools,so that teachers and students in the Chinese classroom have improved.
