The national A new round of curriculum reform in basic education emphasizes the "people-oriented" concept of students,and believes that students are individuals with independent individuals and independent personalities in development.Based on this concept,teachers should change their roles and rationalize their positions.They must change from the carrier and the imparter of knowledge to the promoters and leaders of the students.In the interaction with the students,students should be treated with respect and appreciation.Therefore,the A new round of curriculum reform in basic education advocates the implementation of developmental evaluation.In the evaluation process,teachers should analyze and explain and suggest according to the students' performance,so as to help students to understand themselves,build confidence,build self-confidence and stimulate students' internal motivation to make students full and sufficient development at the original level of cognition to achieve the student's own value.Then,the incentive evaluation naturally coincides with this evaluation system.The main research contents of this study are oriented to the following questions: first,the differences in teacher motivation evaluation in different primary school Chinese classrooms;second,differences in learning motivation among students in different classes;third,teacher motivation evaluation the degree of relevance to student motivation;fourth,how to improve the level of teacher incentive evaluation,and through the teacher incentive evaluation to enhance students' learning strategies to achieve the optimal level of strategy.According to the above questions,teachers and students in four classes of grade 3 in Wuhan G primary school were selected as the research objects by using the method of target sampling.The methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and observation were mainly adopted,and the data obtained was input into SPSS software for targeted statistical analysis according to the research content.Through research,it is found that the motivational evaluation of Chinese teachers in the sample schools in the sample schools tends to be reasonable overall,but the reasonable level of teacher incentive evaluation between classes and classes is high and low.At the same time,teachers of various classes are in the evaluation of incentives.The formality of the nature and incentive evaluation is the least reasonable.This study also shows that students' learning motivation is positively correlated with the rationality of teachers' motivational evaluation.In view of the above research,in order to improve the level of motivational evaluation of the language teachers in the sample schools,the following suggestions are proposed: teachers should firmly establish a student-centered “student view” and use cooperative learning as an effective way of teaching in large classes.Teachers pay attention to the accumulation of educational theory knowledge,cultivate the awareness of using a variety of incentive evaluation methods,strengthen the cultivation and promotion of teachers' own quality cultivation,teachers should timely reflect on teaching,teachers should make full use of or use micro-teaching.
