With the implementation of new curriculum reform,educators pay more attention to the stimulating function of assessment and incentive mechanism has become one of the most important ideas.Although incentive evaluation has been advocated for many years and its theory is deeply rooted in the hearts of people,we didn't get any better effect during the actual teaching process.Especially in some private schools,the characteristics of students are more outstanding and the incentive evaluation is more important.In the paper,some related concepts and research significance of the thesis are concerned.The questionnaire and interview approach are used to find out the outstanding issues of incentive evaluation in private schools,such as the evaluation method and criteria are too singular.Combining the characteristics of private education and private students,the paper analyzes the reasons,including the influence of traditional education idea,poor communication between teachers and students and the lack of theory.At last,the paper puts forward some incentive strategies that teachers should set developing evaluative perspective,learn theories of incentive evaluation and master skills of incentive evaluation to improve the evaluation level of teachers.The author expects this research provides some inspiration and guidance to incentive evaluation in private schools,improves the practice of student assessment and promotes students in private schools growing healthily and happily.
