With the rapid development of economy and science technology,the arrival of the Internet era has become an irresistible trend of development.Since the concept of "Internet +" was put forward in 2013,it has attracted much attention from people.At the beginning of2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet + Plan" for the first time in the government work report,which means "Internet +" has been raised to the national strategic level.In October 2015,the 15 th China Education Informationization Innovation and Development of BBS is to ‘Internet + education' as the theme,to explore the extensive accommodation of Internet and information technology and education,with a view to promoting our education informationization to a new stage.The deep integration of Internet and education is the most noteworthy of future Internet development."Internet + education" will bring a new wave of educational reform,and education reform under the background of "Internet +" is quietly spreading.What did ‘Internet + education' generate? Obviously,it is smart education.In the face of all kinds of modern network teaching technology under the background of "Internet +",how to use these teaching technologies more reasonably,how to use these teaching techniques flexibly in teaching,improve teachers' teaching quality and enhance their autonomous learning ability,and adapt to the complex and changeable teaching environment,all need smart teaching.Smart teaching is the result of extensive integration of educational informationization and smart classroom with teachers and students under the background of "Internet +".It is the inevitable product of the generation of students' intelligence.This study will focus on the implementation of smart teaching in secondary vocational financial affairs under the background of "Internet +".This study mainly through literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews and so on,to understand the current situation of the implementation of this teaching method by the way of smart teaching,learning situation,course learning effect and satisfaction of smart teaching majors in secondary vocational financial affairs.The conclusions are as follows: through the smart of teaching methods,the secondary vocational students' enhance interest in learning,the initiative of learning and the satisfaction of the smart of teaching methods.And throughthe comparison with the traditional teaching methods,the advantages of the smart teaching method are obtained.Through the implementation of the smart teaching,this teaching mode is faced with the backwardness of the financial professional teaching infrastructure and the low utilization of the smart teaching platform and etc.According to these dilemmas,it put forwards to reasonable solutions as follows: establishing a sound financial professional teaching infrastructure,making full use of multiple smart teaching platforms,and teachers to increase network learning and etc.
