Thoughts On The Current Situation And Development Of Music Education In The Elementary Schools In Mizhou Street, Zhucheng City

With the promotion of China's comprehensive national power,people's material and cultural life has raised,and education industry has made gratifying achievements,presenting great situation.The township primary school education of newly developing small town has been placed much attention by the government departments,education sectors as well as the teachers and the parents,and the primary school music education has made much progress,with the potential of thriving development in this situation.While with satisfaction,we should clearly understand at the same time that the music education of township primary school still has not kept up with the times and exists a series of problems like little financial support,low academic status of music,low attention paid by the grassroots leaders,without full-time music teachers,lack of hardware and facilities and unreasonable management evaluation system,and so on.The paper analyzes the present situation of music education in township primary schools through the following aspects and proposed her own ideas and solutions to these negative aspects of current situation,in hope of providing other music teachers with some experience and reference through the analysis,and contributing to the improvement of township primary school music education for a better development.
