With the advancement of the new curriculum reform and the call of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination,it is particularly important to explore the teaching methods suitable for the development of The Times,so as to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of morality and the rule of law in junior high school.The teaching mode of independent inquiry emphasizes that on the basis of adhering to curriculum standards and teaching objectives,teachers should carry out teaching through independent learning,group discussion,presentation,evaluation and other links,so as to fully realize the teaching objectives and promote the all-round development of students.Independently to explore teaching mode insist on teachers’domination and students’ subjectivity,pay attention to the all-round development of students,can the needs of the awakening of the independent inquiry learning in junior high school students,the need of training junior high school students sense of competition beyond spirit,clear teaching value orientation of junior high school teachers and students need,strengthen the needs of the junior high school students independent exploration practice ability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the independent inquiry teaching mode of morality and rule of law in junior high school.At present,the implementation of the independent research and learning mode of moral and rule of law in junior high school has not only achieved certain results,but also had some problems.Through the implementation of the teaching mode of independent inquiry,the concept of independent inquiry is promoted in moral and legal courses.The forms of students’independent inquiry are gradually diversified,and the motivation of students’ independent inquiry is strong.There is no denying that there are some problems in the implementation of the independent inquiry teaching mode for students of moral and rule of law courses in junior high school.The main problems are the lack of effective guidance of the independent inquiry teaching mode,the lack of innovation in the process of students’ independent inquiry,the low degree of integration of interdisciplinary learning,and the few problems discovered by junior high school students’ independent inquiry.Junior high school teachers lack the corresponding cognition and attention,teachers’ independent inquiry teaching methods and means lag behind,and teachers and students have insufficient communication in the mode of independent inquiry teaching.The reasons for the above problems are that junior high school teachers lack relevant cognition and attention,teachers’ independent inquiry teaching methods and means lag behind,junior high school students lack effective feedback and evaluation,and teachers and students lack of communication in the independent inquiry teaching mode.In order to further improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the teaching mode of independent inquiry for middle school students in moral and law courses,it is necessary to optimize this teaching mode.From independently explore teaching pattern connotation,junior high school of morality and the rule of law class optimization independently explore teaching mode must adhere to in the service of junior middle school thought moral character education,junior middle school students independent development,human nature is a principle,on the basis of these principles,you can take the following path optimization of junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law:first,foster the subject status of the junior middle school students,to guide its own inquiry;Second,implement various means of inquiry to improve the effectiveness of independent inquiry teaching mode;Third,timely feedback to promote the improvement of independent inquiry teaching mode;Fourth,close communication between teachers and students,and promote effective interaction between teachers and students in independent inquiry teaching mode.
