On March 18,2019,general secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the seminar for ideological and political theory teachers that "ideological and political theory courses are the key courses to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality".We must be upright and vigorous in opening the ideological and political theory courses at all stages and thoroughly carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.Morality and rule of law is an important part of ideological and political theory course in junior high school.It is a thoughtful,humanistic,practical and comprehensive course.The key to the course of morality and rule of law in a good junior high school lies in the teaching method of teachers keeping pace with The Times.As a product of quality teaching,inquiry teaching method is a teaching method aiming at cultivating students' exploration consciousness and innovation ability to adapt to the trend of The Times.The effective application of inquiry-based teaching method in the course of morality and rule of law in junior high school is of great significance for improving students' ideological and moral consciousness,humanistic feelings,innovation consciousness and comprehensive ability.The author thinks that the subject characteristics of morality and rule of law in junior high school provide the basic conditions for the implementation of inquiry teaching method.A large number of "inquiry and sharing" modules in the teaching material of morality and rule of law in junior high school provide an effective carrier for the implementation of inquiry-based teaching method.The psychological characteristics and learning characteristics of junior high school students provide the main conditions for the implementation of inquiry-based teaching.However,it must be clearly recognized that there are still some problems in the practical application of inquiry-based teaching in the course of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The main performance is as follows: teachers are bound by the traditional teaching ideas;In terms of students,exploration ability needs to be improved;In the aspect of teaching evaluation,the teaching evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the need of solving practical problems,this paper aims to improve teachers' exploratory literacy correspondingly.Cultivate students' ability of inquiry;Improve the teaching evaluation mechanism to putforward specific countermeasures.Based on the teaching material of morality and rule of law in junior high school,this paper conducts research on the basis of the classification,arrangement and analysis of the module of "inquiry and sharing" in the teaching material,and on the basis of teaching practice and investigation and analysis,it follows the basic idea of "theoretical definition--feasibility analysis--current situation exploration--cause analysis--strategy method".In the last chapter of this paper,the author designs a teaching case based on the case of "law cannot be violated",unit 2,lesson 5,box 1,8th grade no.1 volume of "morality and rule of law" in human education edition.In order to achieve the teaching effect of internalization and externalization,the author completes the teaching task of this class from five aspects: "the introduction of video arouses interest","the creation of situation triggers the exploration","the exploration of situation simulation group","the cooperative exploration with case theory",and "the practice of extracurricular extension study method".
