Educational activities play an increasingly important role in the development of economy,and the transformation and upgrading of education and training subjects are confronted with unprecedented challenges and opportunities.As a matter of fact,the excellent market regulation mechanism and the training organization's own strategic adjustment is the inevitable trend of the new development of education and training industry.This dissertation takes a institution as a case,starting with the relevant concepts of training institutions.First of all,introduce the relevant definitions of training institutions,adult education and lifelong learning.The SWOT analysis method,FFM analysis method and Sod analysis method are applied in the research of market development strategy.On the basis of three kinds of analytic methods,taking A institution in Yunnan Province as an example.Summarize its experience and lessons learned,strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development process.Research on the strategy of market expansion at present stage,plan the market orientation in its future development,promote A institution to realize transformation and upgrade scientifically.This dissertation holds that a institution should gradually change from traditional adult education to continuing education to lifelong education,and must establish the basic strategy of pluralistic development,including vertical diversification strategy(academic level,application level market development),horizontal diversification strategy(provide help.on examination,certificate,special training,custom training development),To break through the institutional barriers of the industry.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of market development strategy.This paper also puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects of organization:leadership,resource allocation and risk prevention.This paper raises the marketing strategy of training institutions in adult education field,pointing out the basic path of the training institution's future development model,and makes the anticipation to the guarantee of the implementation process.Based on the case analysis,the paper further points out the basic path of the training institution's future development model,and the implementation of the safeguards process to make expectations.
