Research On The Cultivation Of Creative And Practical Ability Of Local College Students

Under the background of the construction of "double first class" universities,new requirements for innovative talents training are put forward.We must cultivate innovative talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,and put talents training in the core position.At present,college students are the most innovative thinking and innovative potential of the group,through the development of innovative education in Colleges and universities,to improve students' ability of innovation and practice,deepen the teaching reform of higher education and an important way to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability,is an important measure to improve the quality of high school graduates,promote the full employment of graduates.This paper stands in the angle of local colleges and universities,training and management majors of College Students' innovation ability,through the literature at home and abroad,systematically understand the current research results on cultivating students' ability of innovation and practice,in the all-round development of people,social psychology and creative Sternberg creativity investment theory is put forward based on the concept of innovation and practice ability the definition,and learn from the practice of fostering the innovative practice ability of college students of the United States,Germany,Japan,Taiwan area.This paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of College Students' innovative practice ability through questionnaires,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four levels,namely,the government,universities,teachers and students themselves.
