Reserch On The Construction Of Disciplines In Local Universities Under The Background Of “Double First-class”

The implementation of the strategy of "double first-class" in China has put forward new requirements for the construction of key disciplines in local colleges and universities,and also brought opportunities for the development of local colleges and universities.As the foundation of the development of colleges and universities,the level of discipline construction to a certain extent represents the development of local colleges and universities,and is closely related to the development of local colleges and universities.It is found that the number of key disciplines in universities provides a possibility for the construction of world-class universities.With the rapid development of education in our country,the improvement of key subject construction level plays an increasingly important role in the promotion of university influence.H university is located in the central region of China and has a long history.With the strong support of the national and local governments,H university follows the national footsteps and continuously improves its own strength,taking the national "double first-class" strategy as the direction of its development.H university seizes the opportunity of "double first-class" construction accurately and promotes the construction of advantageous and characteristic disciplines to improve the quality of school running.Based on this,this study H college key discipline construction,for example,using literature analysis,case study method,questionnaire investigation,interview method,etc.,in H university,generalizes the construction history of key disciplines,through the analysis in the fourth round of H university related indicators of evaluation and the construction of colleges and universities "first-class university","top discipline construction in colleges and universities" contrast situation,such as the development of key disciplines in H university have fully understanding,and the H college key discipline construction achievements and existing problems are summarized.Based on a full analysis of the general situation of the construction of key disciplines in H university,this paper puts forward the following targeted Suggestions to promote the construction of key disciplines in local universities: Local colleges and universities should firmly grasp the opportunity of the national "double first-class" policy,actively adapt to the adjustment of national strategic layout,take the initiative to connect with the relevant policy arrangements of the provincial government's "double first-class" construction,and strive to seize the policy opportunities.Second,we will adjust the distribution of key disciplines and promote balanced development.The discipline construction should be guided by the needs of regional economic and social development,rationally planned,dynamically adjusted,constantly optimized the discipline structure,and promoted the overall development of the discipline,so as to adapt to the changing international and domestic situation.Third,to highlight the advantages and characteristics of the discipline and enhance the connotation of the discipline.We should strengthen the disciplinary advantages of local colleges and universities,give full play to the leading role of key disciplines,and constantly improve the discipline's educational function,scientific research and innovation function,as well as its ability to serve local economic and social development.Fourth,to create an environment for the development of disciplines and cultivate disciplinary teams.The improvement of discipline construction depends on the construction of high-level discipline teams.Local colleges and universities pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of high-level talent teams,introduce the competition incentive mechanism of talent teams,and create an academic environment conducive to scientific research and innovation,so as to promote the output of high-quality achievements of local colleges and universities.Fifth,we will improve management systems and mechanisms to increase the vitality of discipline building.The sustainable development of discipline construction in local universities depends on the effective operation of discipline management system and mechanism.On the basis of deepening reform,local colleges and universities should explore the operation mechanism to adapt to the benign development of disciplines,and constantly improve the discipline evaluation system,so as to enhance the vitality of discipline development and enhance the overall competitiveness of key disciplines.
