The role of education in the overall national strength has become increasingly prominent,and building a country with strong human resources has become a primary plan for social construction in the new century in China,therefore education reform and development have received increasing attention from all walks of life.Research on basic education projects,as a backbone force for the reform and development of China's basic education sector,has been given unprecedented attention.This paper selects the basic education in the "12th Five-Year Plan" education science plan in Qingdao and conducts a survey.In order to promote better development of research on basic education topics,we proposed a three-in-one solution to the problem researcher,subject undertaking unit,and subject organization management organization.There are four chapters in this thesis.In the introduction part,the author gives a brief overview of the research background,purpose,significance and research methods of this article.The first chapter of the dissertation firstly defines the concept of "basic education research",and then sorts out the related literature on basic education research at home and abroad,and lays a good foundation for the smooth development of the thesis.The second chapter of the thesis analyzes the static text data of the project based on the content analysis method.The status quo and predicament of current basic education project research in Qingdao are summed up from the dimensions of the topic organization type distribution,urban and rural regional distribution,research topic distribution,job title and expert guidance,research methods,and research results: the kindergartens,vocational education,and special education schools had insufficient research power;there were major differences in the research level between regions and between urban and rural areas;the phenomenon of concentrated and unbalanced research perspectives;the "administrative" phenomenon of the person in charge of the subject research is obvious;the management of research on the subject is weak,and there is a lack of expert scientific guidance;the lack of theoretical knowledge of the researcher leads to inefficient research results.In the third chapter,we analyze the management and operation process of basic education topics through interviews,and make further analysis based on numerous cases.Paper in the fourth chapter,on the basis of the basic education research high value,and puts forward the following countermeasures: foundation education subject researchers need to set up research interests and consciousness,with the knowledge and ability,to grasp the correct research significance;Subject to undertake units for research to have correct understanding attitude and value orientation,attaches great importance to the expert guidance for realizing the function of project running scientific,research training and incentive system;The project organization management organization plays its guiding role,from the system level in-depth topic management,strengthens the process management.Because the research on basic education topics is of great significance to improving the professionalization of teachers,promoting the development of students' personalities,realizing the development of school characteristics,and improving the quality of education and teaching,we must correctly grasp the leading role under the new normal.
