The great project,educates for this.As an important part of education,private universities play an irreplaceable role in talent cultivation.By 2016,in Yunnan province,a total of 17 run by the local undergraduate colleges,29.85%of the total number of colleges and universities,More than 10,000 teachers in schools account for about one-fifth of teachers in yunnan universities.Thus,private colleges has become the important component of higher education in Yunnan,for the popularization of higher education popularity of Yunnan to make its own contribution.But as a private colleges ensure the quality of education,private colleges teachers question hasn't been well solved,run by the local university teachers' job satisfaction has been is not high,causes the flow frequently teachers there,working enthusiasm is low,the new and old teachers' practical problems such as lack of cohesion.On the basis of consulting a large number of papers,this study in private colleges in Yunnan province as the research object,through questionnaire survey,combined with demographic variables to analyze the differences,find out the main factors influencing the private colleges and universities,and mining Yunnan private colleges teachers degree of satisfaction is not high.In view of the current situation of Yunnan private universities,this paper aims to solve the practical problems of the development of private colleges through the perspective of the comparison of the job satisfaction of teachers in the public schools.Using behavioral event interview method,questionnaire survey method to screen may affect teachers' job satisfaction factors,using relevant data processing dimensions of statistical software to determine the influence teachers' job satisfaction,and on the basis of the private colleges and universities carry out all-round,multi-angle analysis and comparison.Based on the analysis of demographic variables,the effect of each factor was clarified.The results are as follows:1,S college teachers' job satisfaction and K college teacher job satisfaction have significant differences.S college teachers' job satisfaction of average lower than K.2,S college and K college teacher job satisfaction have significant differences in "School management" "Working atmosphere" "Working end back" "Work itself".but there arc not significant differences in "Interpersonal relationship"."Working end back" has the lowest average value than others.3.Gender,marital status,age,educational background.have different impacts on S college and K college teacher job satisfaction.The time of attending job,service time in school,native place,subjects have no impacts on S college and K college teacher job satisfaction.
