Initiated in the United States in the mid-1950's,team-teaching is a form of teaching which means two or more teachers instruct a group of students jointly through collaborative work.With the development of international Chinese education,this teaching form has also been brought into the field of teaching Chinese as a second language.Combining the advantages of the foreign teacher and the local teacher,who complements each other,team-teaching can facilitate teaching efficiency and improve teaching effect through the efforts of both teachers.Since 2012,a lot of elementary schools and middle schools in Korea began to adopt team-teaching in Chinese class,Chinese teacher and Korean local teacher collaborate and teach students together.Practice has proven that team-teaching is desirable and feasible in teaching under the special circumstance of overseas.However,in the teaching process,every teacher's teaching concept,teaching method and the way of class management are different,so do their ways of team-teaching,every teacher and his/her way of team-teaching is unique,and has his/her own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,it still needs to be studied how to get the best teaching effect through team-teaching in Korean high school Chinese class.After one-year teaching practice in two Korean high schools——Dongbang high school and Doan high school,now I take me myself and my three Korean partners as the objects of the research,to compare the effects of grammar teaching,Chinese songs teaching,class activities and class management among different teachers and different ways of team-teaching,and to offer some team-teaching mode suggestions and teaching suggestions for Chinese class in Korean high schools.Hopefully,this research will offer some constructive suggestions for both Chinese volunteer teachers and local teachers in Korea,and improve the teaching effects with the team-teaching mode in Korean high school Chinese class.
