Chinese education has made a great progress in Peru during these years.Meanwhile,the problems had emerged with the development.Among all of the problems,classroom management problems were recognized as difficult problems by Chinese teachers,meanwhile,they had become the most prominent problems at Confucius school the author worked in during Chinese teaching in Peru.Therefore,the author took classroom observation and interview method got 38 classroom management problem cases.The author found that there mainly are 3 parts problems by analyzing the cases,including the management of students' misbehaviors,the management of teachers and the management of school.As for the 3 parts problems,the author made a description and analysis by Case analysis.And the reasons for classroom management problems are as follows: the Chinese teacher did not formulate the classroom management rules in time,and they were not known well with students,meanwhile they had poor ability in language and emotion management.The Confucius school had troubles between activities setting and teaching facilities.According to the reasons,the paper proposed the Chinese teacher should formulate classroom management rules in time and keep in good touch with school and parents as well as the other teachers in school,meanwhile they need to improve the language skill and emotion management skill.And for the Confucius school,they ought to establish a department to arrange activities,at the same time,they must ameliorate the teaching facilities.For the pre-job training of Hanban,they could arrange different classes for teaching and enhance Chinese teachers' language skills and Spanish skills.Wishing all of the suggestions will take an effect to the Chinese classroom management problems in Peru.
