Quantitative Research On The Load Characteristics Of Men's Matches In The 2016 National Middle School Football Championship

Since 2009,campus football and campus football activities have been carried out in various cities in China,and this activity has been going on for over seven years.In the past seven years,the league matches of primary and junior school teams in campus Football League have also been very hot.The league has already had a certain scale and influence.The League of high school and university started late until the beginning of the new term in September 2013,then the two grade school football league of high school and university was formally developed in the country.However,the study on the competition load of the middle school football league in China is less and less,which makes the coaches of the campus football coaches can not get the characteristics of the high school competition in time and accurately so as to arrange the training plan reasonably.In order to understand and master the characteristics of the competition load and the problems exposed by the players in the competition in the competition of the middle school football championships in the four class League Football League,we can provide scientific training basis for the coaches of the campus football and the young football coaches in our country,and help them adjust the training plan in time.It can avoid sports injuries and injuries,and achieve better training results.In this paper,we collected some data collected by the experimental method in the National Middle School Football Championship held in Wuhan in 2016.Including Wuhan twelfth middle school,Guiyang City No.1 Middle School of Guan Shan Lake,Chongqing seventh middle school,Henan Province experimental middle school,Beijing Bayi school,Xinjiang Urumqi third middle school,Chongqing city Yangjiaping middle school,Xiamen City second middle school,Zibo experimental middle school,Lingwu City first secondary school,Changsha City Yali high school,Renmin University of China affiliated secondary school,Shenzhen city cuyyuan high school,mountain East Normal University Affiliated Middle School,Shenzhen Sha well middle school.A total of 15 boys’ teams and 29 game data are the research objects.Using the "MT-sports football teaching assistantship" system to gather the data of the running distance,speed,and the frequency of heart rate violent movements of the students’ soccer players,the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to compete for the 15 teams participating in the 2016 middle school football championships.The characteristics of the load are analyzed and the following...
