| This study used exercise monitoring technology to observe and test youth athletes of U17 in Xi’an campus soccer and quantified and analyzed the amount and intensity of load they generated during the game.Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to monitor and quantify the athletes’ match loads in youth soccer matches through wearable electronic devices. It aims to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the load amount and load intensity of youth athletes in the game;to provide valuable references for grassroots coaches and researchers to further understand the game load characteristics of youth players, and to provide scientific basis and targeted suggestions for the development of training plans of youth soccer players in order to improve their training effects and game performance. This article mainly conducts research through literature analysis,on-site testing, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, and other methods.Conduct on-site testing on team members participating in the competition, and the obtained test results will be processed through tools such as Excel and spss 25.0.This article summarizes the following conclusions:1.About players’ running: During the game, athletes’ running is mostly powered by aerobic metabolism. The main characteristics of players in each running speed range are the high proportion of walking distance and insignificant differences.Under anaerobic metabolic function, the running ability of players presents significant positional differences.2.The load and intensity of U17 players in the teaching game were higher than those in the official game, which indicated that the training effect in the preparation period was better.3.Through analyzing the data from the first and second half of a game, our research has learned that although players’ physical fitness can recover to some extent after halftime, they are significantly behind the first half.In the first and second half of the game, there is a significant difference in the physical fitness of athletes.4.The overall running load of the players in the game was significantly different from that of the national U series and the same age group abroad5.The observation and analysis of campus soccer games and training through sports monitoring can identify the problems and deficiencies of young athletes in games and training in a timely manner, provide effective guidance and feedback, and thus effectively promote the improvement and optimization of campus soccer games and training. Therefore, conducting sports monitoring is necessary for the development of school soccer games and training. |
