Ethnic bilingual education has been recognized by the educational circle as an important means to promote the development of ethnic education in ethnic minorities and ethnic regions and to promote the exchange of political,economic and cultural education among ethnic minority areas and Han regions,and to improve the economic competitiveness of ethnic regions.Thanks to the policy guarantee,the bilingual education of Mongolian and Han nationalities in the areas where Mongolia is concentrated is able to develop and grow.State and local government put forwards policies to promote the teaching of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education in Keyouqianqi Mongolian primary and middle schools.Over the years,in the effective promotion of Inner Mongolia's education sector,Mongolian middle and primary schools have formed a relatively perfect curriculum system in the implementation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education.There are independently compiled school-based curriculum materials and a relatively complete bilingual teaching team.But the Keyouqianqi Mongolian primary and middle schools bilingual education still remains some problems.The author adopts the method of questionnaire,literature review,analyzing induction to investigate the implementation of Mongolian Chinese bilingual education of Mongolian primary school in Inner Mongolia XinganMengKeyouqianqi.This paper mainly includes the following parts:First of all,to investigate the implementation of the policy of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education in Keyouqianqi primary and secondary Mongolian schools;to sort out political documents released by Keyouqianqi Bureau of education about bilingual education.The questionnaire is designed to further understand the Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education policy of Mongolian primary and middle schools.The subjects of this questionnaire include the school teachers and students and parent.And statistical and inductive analysis of the questionnaire is done by the author.Secondly,the present situation of Mongolian and Mongolian bilingual education in Mongolian and primary schools is discussed in detail,such as the bilingual education model,the courses offered and the use of bilingual teaching materials.Thirdly,the achievements and problems in the implementation of the bilingual education policy of Mongolian primary and secondary schools are discussed.Achievements have been achieved: the number of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual students remained stable,a greater tilt in funds was given,and the construction of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teachers was continuously strengthened.The problems are: compilation of bilingual textbooks,such as Mongolia language,Chinese language,history books and so on,and lack of bilingual teachers.Finally,suggestions for promoting and improving the development of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education for Mongolian middle and primary schools are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of bilingual teaching staff,improving the quality of bilingual education and strengthening the construction of bilingual teaching materials.
